Made a purchase on the 12 month deferred interest option and saw a surprise charge on my credit account - the salespeople at this location failed to inform me that they charge you 2% of the entire balance as a "promotion fee" a few weeks after you make the purchase. Unacceptable.

I had such a great experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Lauren. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense, especially since I didn’t know much going in. She made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend asking for Lauren!
