Went to the Ashland Ohio store to purchase a new wedding set and Lauren did an awesome job finding the ring and wrap to go together perfectly for my 30th wedding anniversary! Thank you Lauren!
I dropped in from out of town to see if by chance I could get my rings cleaned for an event I had- the staff could not have been nicer! Not only did I get my rings cleaned at no cost, but they were so kind to ask about my event, showed interest, etc. 10/10 experience!

Ethan and Annie were great !! Huge help trying to solve the mystery of all of our jewelry disappoint off our profiles.
