I would like to start off by saying that my first experience at Kay’s was really good , my fiancé and I were very pleased with Jelli. She was very well knowledgeable about her diamonds . We definitely will become coming back for future purchases , and definitely let others know how friendly it was in the store.
Jelli, the store manager was very attentive and professional. I wouldn’t had picked another person to help me and my Fiance find our wedding bands. She made us very comfortable with our decision. We definitely recommend seeing her. Also had a great personality, for future purchases go to Kay’s.
Had a really tight knot in a chain that I couldn’t get out for the life of me. Brought it here and Karla had it untangled for me in just a few minutes. Very friendly and welcoming
Ursulo gives spectacular customer service. Very attentive and gave the best recommendations.
