Rachel was wonderful. Noah (manager) was equally wonderful. They both made my day while there with a purchase I was terrified of and dreading. They answered all my questions, handled my confusion and gave me options with such patience.

Came in to get my fiancé's ring cleaned and checked for its protection plan. The staff member was extremely friendly and asked if she could clean anything else. She wound up cleaning my ring and his chain as well. I didnt realize they would do that! She also told us about there program for bringing in old rings which I really appreciated and plan on doing. It was a fast easy experience.
