I’m very disappointed with my experiences with Kay Jewelers. Some time ago, I brought in a bracelet and a necklace for repair. The bracelet broke again only about a week after the repair. I took it back, and they repaired it a second time, but unfortunately, it broke again shortly afterward. At that point, I decided not to bring it back. I came in on a Sunday just two weeks before my wedding, picked out my wedding band, had my engagement ring sent out to be cleaned, and had my wedding band sized, and she got everything back to me before the wedding!
