The employee were extremely kind. I can't in the get done measurements for my fiance engagement ring, and even tho I wasn't making a purchase they were still very accommodating. I will be coming back.

I had an excellent experience here. I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted and Macee walked me through the whole process to find just the right item. She was very accommodating of my budget and helped me find something I could afford. Never tried to up-sell me or shame me into spending more than I was comfortable with. I will definitely return here next time I want to make a jewelry purchase.
I visited the Kay Jewelers in Statesville for the first time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff. Caycee was Awesome!! Not only did she help me pick out a wedding band, she also told me about a sale that was coming up. I was able to make my purchase, and received a very nice discount. Thanks Ladies!! DJones
This place is amazing! The ladies working here were such a help to me during the purchase of different rings for my fiancé. Very happy with my purchase and I look forward to returning here in case of any problems or for ring cleaning services.
