I stopped by Kay's in Mount Dora, to get a battery replaced. Michelle was extremely helpful and very polite, she told me it would be a few minutes. She returned in a few watch working again and she answered my questions. I finally found someone to repair my other watch. Others had told me not worth it, it would cost more than the watch. Even after I told them it had sentimental value for me. Thank you for everything. David
