Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. This was our second time working with Michelle and she is such a professional. Was very patient with us through the entire process and answered questions we didn’t even think to ask.
Had the most wonderful experience at the Kay Jewelers in Mount Dora. I have a lot of jewelry items that were passed down to me. some are odd pieces and old/ vintage. Came in for service on a piece of jewelry. The customer service was lacking to the point of non existence. I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter. He tried looking up my account and was having trouble. He questioned if I have even purchased there. I have made countless purchases in the Thousands of dollars at this store. Ask me if I remember when I bought my ring, I said I couldn’t recall… “ maybe 2-3 years ago”.
