My fiance ordered an engagement ring for me on February 3, hoping to surprise me for Valentines' Day, but the ring didn't make it to the store until February 23. Had an amazing experience here with excellent support from an employee by the name of Amanda. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, showing us options to upgrade my wedding ring, plus a matching set of beautiful earrings. She was patient, not pushy and extremely kind.
