Thank you Richard! Thanks to Richard me and my significant other were happy to buy a beautiful opal flower ring. The ring it’s self was sized to big for me so he helped me find my right size and then it only took 6 days to come back which was way sooner than we thought. Customer service was terrible . I was treated rudely , based off appearance I assume since I was dirty from work as I am a welder. No one was interested in helping me . The sales rep was rude didn’t explore any options with me and I still purchased a gift. I will never give them my business again.
