I went to the Kay’s Jeweler in Bastrop needing a necklace fixed. I was told that since Kay’s and Zales are owned by same people that you could take product to either location. I found out today that this not true. I brought my necklace at Zales and needed it repaired so I went to Kay’s thinking that they would fix it.Lets just say if you don’t look a certain way your will get the cold shoulder. I have been calling to check on my status of a repair. Lady keeps saying they will call when ring arrives and is pretty rude about it. But the thing is the first repair I had done no call and I had to keep calling. I guess it’s too hard to look up info or they are too busy to care about a phone call. Either way being rude isn’t a way to handle it
Richard was such a big help in tracking down my dream ring! 10/10 experience!!!
