Tia and her manager, Tiffani, went above and beyond to help me with a piece of jewelry that was under warranty. They guided me through the repair process and ultimately made sure it was replaced when needed. I had ordered my fiance his wedding band paid for it they never called me and told me the ring was canceled they made me call them the day I supposed to pick it up the whole time I had to call them I called them to make sure the order was placed for the ring I called them to make sure it was accepted they told me it was of accepted but again 2 days after the order was played two to three days I'm sorry they canceled the order but again they never called me and told me anything that is unacceptable and poor customer service w... read more
