My experience at Kay’s was timely and excellent. I received great customer service from the staff and especially Tia who assisted me with my watches. I will return and visit soon and suggest everyone to stop by and visit. Hopefully they won’t still be playing Christmas music… (inside joke, had to be there lol).
Brooke was amazing and very helpful throughout my entire shopping experience with Kay’s. Brooke and the entire staff at the East- West Commons location have the expertise you come to expect from a jeweler. Highly recommend and will be back to this location.
