The sales person was very professional and helpful.
Brooke and Tyler were helpful beyond words with getting all my fingers sized on both hands and educating me on ring sizing and maintenance. They even helped to fix my ring I had that was a tad bit too big. Amazing and outstanding customer service.

Everyone loves sparkling, shiny things but I absolutely LOVE the Sparkling and Shiny experience I received from the associates working at the Austell location. I needed several pieces of jewelry repaired. Tyler was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My jewelry repair was amazing. I left the store feeling like I made new friends I can trust with precious items. I will definitely return.
