I want to recognize Serena Rodriguez. She displays the professionalism courtesy, and open friendliness. That I would want To experience every time I walk into a store. She went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer to the point. When I come back there, i'm going to ask for her. She displays the kind of model employee.I think anybody would want to have working for them. My experience there at KAy jewelers was a great one because of her.

Jose was very helpful and attentive. I was greeted as soon as I approached the display cases and he was able to help me get the watch band sized correctly. It’s wonderful to see people that really care about customer service. He got the work done right away.
