I usually don’t write reviews on places that I love but I’ve had a terrible experience at the Santa Fe mall location. My significant other bought me a bracelet for Christmas last year, beautiful heart bracelet. I took my bracelet in a couple months later to get sized to my wrist, I got my bracelet back it’s dull and scratched, I send it back. Same thing but worst. Heartbroken - Every Single peice of jewelry my husband has bought for me has broke! My wedding ring twice... Not the bands, The actual ring. Never has looked or felt the same. (Whos to say they wouldn't swap the diamonds out and return it with less than. ) Ive suspected this when it was returned... Two bracelets have been broken both within 30 days. Two Necklaces... Had an amazing experience here today! My partner and I are a queer couple and were nervous about where to start with engagement ring shopping. Serena and Jose were incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient with us, and they taught us so much about diamonds, settings, and durability. We're just at the beginning of the learning process, so we didn't buy anything yet, but Serena and Jose spent well over an hour helping us anyway and never pressured us.
