Sean in Santa Fe is by far the best person we've worked with at Kay's. He's very patient and pays close attention to details. I was very undecided in which ring I wanted and he never rushed me or made me feel bad for changing my mind. It is so nice to have someone not be pushy just for the sale. Sean took his time and really made buying my dream wedding ring so much easier. We will definitely be back to work with him on all future purchases.
Nick was fantastic and helped my lady and I find the perfect engagement ring.
I had an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Sean! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service and professionalism really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping customers, I highly recommend asking for Sean. Thank you for such a great experience!
