I had very good experience with Ms. Kay and Mr. Arris. They both made my experience so unforgettable for my birthday. I was first confused which one to buy but with Ms. Kay inputs and advice I was able to see the best options for me. Spending sometimes stressed me out but with their greatest humor, I was laughing while shopping. It was so much fun to come at this location. I think they have the best people and that's what makes their jewels ever more shinning!

Excellent service! I went in to get an engagement ring for my soon to be finance and was provided with the best service! I was able to trade my older ring in and get a discount. I was also provided with more discounts! They made this process so easy and fast!

Outstanding Service from the manager and all the associates at this Kay Jewelers! They went above and beyond to help me a ring I was looking for. It was unavailable everywhere but they made it happen. The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly dedicated to making sure I found exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to make the process easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
