Friendly sales personnel... I recommend buying from this store.
This was a horrible experience… I went in for diamond studs and once I told him my price range he shut down and acted as though I wasn’t even in the store- stopped looking and went back to doing what he was doing when I walked in. Didn’t even make an effort to find me something in the ballpark range of what I wanted. You’re in sales buddy make the effort- show me something I can’t resist even if it is a bit over budget. I would have made the purchase regardless…
JUNE 25,2026 I have been a customer of Kay Jewelers in Rosenberg since October 2019. I did a prior review but I felt compelled to do another. What truly sets this location apart is its outstanding customer service. From the store manager(Arris Vergara) to every team member, I am always greeted warmly when I walk through the door. When we upgraded my wedding ring for our 35 year anniversary the team at Kay (Rosenberg) took the time to help us figure out the ring we were looking for. We looked at numerous stores and tried on dozens of beautiful rings but ultimately went back to them every time . They allowed us to buy OUR ring in OUR time. No pressure sales. Give them a visit if you’re in the market!
