I have experience the best service here at Kay’s jeweler at Rosenberg. Katherine have given me the best service, ideas and truly a fun time to shop. I will asked all my friends and family to shop here. She made Every thing easy for me to find the special gift for my wife.
My husband purchased a stainless steel gold plated link bracelet on 12.10.25 which was on sale. He was told if it is too big and I need to have any links removed, he would need to purchase the protection plan for fifty something dollars more. I will now take it to local small jeweler Mondragon who will charge $20. Shame on Kay Jwelers for not resizing at no charge. Shame. Shame.
