DO NOT BUY FROM KAY’S!! They will destroy your ring and then do nothing for you when you ask for it to be fixed. They sent it to one of their chop shops instead of the designated jeweler. I got it back crooked and barely hanging on. Thousands of dollars down the drain! Now all they can do is replace the band which they are giving me a hard time about and my engagement ring is GONE! Went there today. Two people being helped ok. No hello .quick question your next nothing left and came back in 10 mins later no hello Your next no smile no nothing?? I hope there the owners or I would fire them both. Bad service period..
