I had come into the store today for picking up a necklace for my daughter for prom and I was greeted by Madiha, she was absolutely AMAZING from the time I stepped foot in the store! She had such a bright welcoming smile as well and such a wonderful aura to her and my entire experience. The store manager Bill was so helpful as well and worked so well with the other staff and customers within the store. I truly believe I found my Kay’s location for my future purchases. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. I came in to pick up an order I had placed online. Lewis and Sandra were assisting another customer, which I completely understand. However, I was not acknowledged when I entered, nor was I informed that someone would be with me shortly.
