Kay’s customer service from multiple locations in town has been amazing they have coordinated perfectly between stores and this last time they came back and a small stone on the band was missing! Without missing a beat they said, we will take care of that. And sent it back off. Couldn’t be happier with how i’m being treated.
I have to say that I went with the expectation of looking for a great looking chain and I want to thank Arturo for his professionalism and patience and knowledge on what should look good and not just trying to sell me whatever. It really made a difference in my confidence once I started wearing the chains and also something that is of quality.
