I have shopped at Clackamas, Oregon & Las Vegas, Nevada locations 7 years & have always received excellent customer service. I recommended them to a friend for some sale items. She went to Gresham store I didn't know existed. When she asked to purchase items she was told no unless she has or signs up for credit card & that it's corperate policy.
