Took my jewelry into Kays today to have it checked over and I worked with a young lady names Krisaundra who was professional and simply delightful. She examined my jewelry and there is a lot in great time. Then she cleaned it all and had to send one piece out to be fixed. Thank you Krisaundra for such a fantastic service

I bought a new wedding ring last weekend with the help of Meg at Kay Jewelers, and the experience was fantastic. I came in after seeing three silver and emerald rings online that I was interested in. I knew two of them were online-only, but Meg went above and beyond to help me find similar styles in-store so I could try on comparable options.
