Sam did an amazing job helping me find my dream ring. The process was smooth and he did a great job explaining everything step by step!
We went in to Kay Jewelers in South Charleston (by walmart) and the store attendant Sam was simply amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that we could get the ring of our choice. We used the progressive financing and he called and was able to get an increase in the amount financed. This is our second time doing business there with Sam as our assistant and both times he was just calm, pleasant and professional. Kay Jewelers has a valuable employee and I would recommend this location to anyone
