40 year customer. The gentleman who sold me the watch was extremely helpful. When I came back to have it sized, the girl who helped me was HORRID. Condescending, snippy and unpleasant. She had enough hardware in her nose to make her look very professional. I expect more from Kay.They unfortunately have lost my business.
