The staff at Kay's very friendly and helpful, up front about prices, and had a great sale that day! I'm very pleased with my purchase and it's price too. I always go to Kay's if I want really nice jewelry!
Great rings! People, not so much. I went to the Kays in Southridge for a resizing of a ring I just bought, and they were very rude at that point in time as well. Received a phone call today that my ring was ready for pickup; the lady had to have been the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to in my life. She acted like I left my car parked in her driveway for 2 weeks and she couldn’t get out… She said your ring is ready for pickup. Sam did an amazing job helping me find my dream ring. The process was smooth and he did a great job explaining everything step by step!
We went in to Kay Jewelers in South Charleston (by walmart) and the store attendant Sam was simply amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure that we could get the ring of our choice. We used the progressive financing and he called and was able to get an increase in the amount financed. This is our second time doing business there with Sam as our assistant and both times he was just calm, pleasant and professional. Kay Jewelers has a valuable employee and I would recommend this location to anyone
