Went in for a tennis bracelet for my wife”s anniversary gift. Britany got me what exactly I wanted and got it delivered to the store. (Easy pickup otw home and don’t want jewelry in the mail) Great customer service all around, and good vibes.
Manager Reako McCray and his staff treated us more like friends than customers. They took great care of us and are so friendly. Our jewelry is great. The end of July 2026, Reako performed a “marriagectomy” cutting off my wedding band. Last October our family doctor performed the first marriagectomy on Jim’s wedding band, as his finger was badly swollen by the tight ring. Now with our enlarged rings life has returned to normal. The rings are perfect. Thank you, Reako, staff and Kay Jewelers. ~Jan and Jim O’Malley
