We bought my engagement ring and wedding band from the slidell la store in 2022 Our saleslady was great. However it has been back for service 4 times for loss of a stone in the bands. Also at time of purchase i was told the center stone had one flaw / black spot in it. On the third time back for loss of a stone they noted in the stone pics there was 3 black spots in my center stone.
