I love all my jewelry my husband has purchased from here, but the customer service is horrible, unless you're buying something. I take my jewelry in for inspection and cleanings every few months and unless the person is new and in training, they don't want anything to do with you. They don't want to waste their time on you even though my husband has spent a lot of money here. 5 stars for Kay's jewelry, 1 star for customer service, and that's just when they're swiping our card with a smile.
