Went in asking for a natural opals, the associate that helped me obviously didn't know what she was talking about. She showed me 2 necklaces, the first being simple and the second was more expensive with diamonds in it. I didn't need anything too flashy so I opted for the one without diamonds. This was after she assured me they were natural. Upon reading my receipt the following day via email, come to find out the opals are Lab created. I visited your store recently to purchase a gift for our daughter and had the pleasure of working with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me decide what would best fit our girl and I could not be more satisfied. I reside in Denver and was in town visiting family when I visited your store. I can say without a doubt that I would not only visit your store again, but would request to work with Michelle. She was wonderful!!!!
