Very poor and cold service based on two separate visits. It felt like we were asking someone to cremate a live cat, not look at wedding rings

I went in just to gander at the merch (if I'm being honest) and had a pleasant experience. The sales associate, Rayven, was helpful and very personable. She was patient with me while I looked at the rings and showed me anything I wanted to see closer. I also learned that I'm a ring size 9, courtesy of Rayven! Thanks Kays for helping me find my jewlery taste and giving me a great experience shopping!
