I was helped by Ms. Lynn and she was excellent, she helped me find the ring I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied.. Definitely coming back
The workers here are unbelievably amazing. Every time I’ve shopped here whether for myself or my wife they are eager to assist no matter the purchase or concern. If you’re looking for a family piece or something just to treat yourself, the Kay Jewelers on Alta Mere is the one to be at.
Hannah was the most polite and helpful,helping me pick out a ring and bracelet. I am not what you would call a shopper and Hannah helped me through the whole process with ease and in terms I understood. So if your looking for some fine jewelry I recommend Hannah at Kay's
I have utilized this location since 2020 my husband and I have bought several pieces and keep maintenance up to date with this location only. Recently my newest necklace from my grandfather who passed away had a freak incident happen and the whole cross was lost. When I went in to have to replaced like we have before with my husband’s they stated they could not and it was not covered under the warranty we purchased (the one we always get for all of our jewelry and the one they recommend).
