I came in because I was lost and these ladies were so awesome they picked up they fixed my watch for me Christina Alana they both fixed my watch I bought a beautiful cross from them they were so beautiful they cleaned my jewelry and let me know that some of my Stones were loose so I'll be coming back to take them to get the jewelry to get the diamonds tightened up I appreciate them for their service they were awesome
Amber & Sophia where so much help, they worked some magic to help me get what I needed. They shipped what I needed from San Diego to Hawaii Expeditiously!! I will continue to do business with them & would recommend to anyone looking for jewelry or watches.

No acknowledgment of my presence. I understand you are helping someone else but when a customer walks in a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Then when you do come to help at least say hello or something instead of just sticking your hand out waiting for my paperwork. Very rude staff. The manager also. You took a few minutes to acknowledge me. That’s not good customer service. I was having a great day until i went into the store.
