These guys are crooked as heck! They kept giving me internal excuses for why my life warranty on my custom ring wasn’t ready because of some lab issue, he rang it up on a gift card that was eventually lost. The lady from corporate ended up telling me and then they overcharged me and then tried to make me come back into the store and get my refund on a Gift card. It’s just laughable the manager.
