Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kay Jewelers regarding a Movado watch battery replacement. I brought my watch into the store on April 12 and paid for the service upfront. I was told that because the watch has a pressure seal, it would need to be sent to their workshop for the battery replacement. I was initially told I could expect it back around May. Excellent experience! Had to get my wedding band resized. It was back within 10 days! The staff was amazing. Very pleasant, very engaging. I am so glad we went with Kays for our set!

Arissa M helped us so much with finding my wedding band. We came in two different days, and she helped us both days and helped me find the ring I loved! She was so sweet and kind. She made sure to find one I loved and looked good with engagement ring.
