My fiancé and I came in to do a repair on my engagement ring, and ended up needing to have a lot more fixed than we anticipated. Danielle and Gabe were incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us every step of the way and answering all our questions throughout the repair process. The ring turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t have done it without them! I’m genuinely looking forward to our next visit to Kay’s just to say hi to them again!
This location treated my fiancé and I with the utmost professionalism and care. You could tell the staff genuinely wanted us to be happy with our wedding bands. We also had to get my fiancé’s engagement ring repaired and they made an otherwise irritating process completely painless. It’s like we could trust them with anything we threw their way!
Service was awesome Danielle as usual displayed excellent knowledge and customer service.
Danielle was amazing to work with! She was always on top of providing updates with my custom wedding band and worked with me diligently to make sure that I received it on time before my wedding. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful for her customer service through my experience!
