They are all great people from Brittany , Kim, Abby and Marge . I have been going there for last 4 years and will continue going because they have the best customer service and always willing to help me find what I’m looking for if it’s not in store!!
If the option to give this location zero stars was possible, I absolutely would. I dropped off my necklace to be repaired at the end of August. When I received the call my necklace was ready for pickup, I went into the store in an attempt to pick it up. They wouldn’t release it to me, advising I needed paperwork from the drop off.
