I am giving the gals/guys a 5 since they went out of their way to try and solve my issue (so far, so good). We saw this beautiful 2 1/2 carat Now and Forever wedding band-Kay jewelers brand. Absolutely gorgeous! I have a 1 carat Leo band and this new ring is bigger and blingier( is that a word? ) I had it sent to be sized, got it back and that same night, diamond fell out! Sent it back to be fixed and had it 1 day, diamond fell out again! WTH right? I was lucky enough to find the diamond both times. Ok, here we go! One mor... read more
