This is the worst store I have ever been to. The staff have an attitude and do not know how to deal with customers. I went there to change the battery in my luxurious watch, and after they opened it, they did not know how to close it. They asked me to go to a small Jewelry Store to close the watch. I said no because No One would try to fix something someone else damaged. They said they will send it to a specialist to close it because they don't know how to deal with small watches. Do not come here. I came to change my batteries and they opened it and damaged my expensive watch and told me to go somewhere else to fix it. They wasted 2 hours of my time and broke my Bulova watch. Very disappointed and hurt with the customer service. DO NOT LET ANGIE TOUCH ANY OF YOUR WATCHES!!!!
