I had an amazing experience at Kay’s Jewelry thanks to an exceptional sales associate named Shawn. Came looking for a gift ending up walking out with a gift and a purchase for myself. He was patient, and incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Definitely will return in the future.

So disappointed. Went in with my fiancée to discuss my ring size and the associate Mohammed was so unprofessional. His face falling when he realized this wasn’t a sale (so no commission) was almost comical if it didn’t proceed the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a Kays associate. He had no shame when I called him out for not talking the resizing process with us and just rushing us through it be cause he saw a customer walk in to make a sale.
