I had such a great experience at Kay Jewelers! Muhammad was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was truly outstanding and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Muhammad if you visit this store!
The Hispanic short girl was so sweet and helpful. The black guy was so disgusting and rude. I ended up just returning my fiancés ring instead of exchanging it. Also wanted to shop for an engagement ring for myself but his attitude towards me toward me turned me off so bad that I changed my mind. Not only did we wait about 15 minutes before even being helped, we had a horrible experience overall. Would not recommend this place at all.

Went to inquire about genuine emerald .according to one of the sale person who seems to be lost and unsure... out of words when I ask about Real gemstones( sapphire included). . She said the jewelry Kay Jewelers sells are lab made .. you have to 'special order'to get the real thing ..actually ALL in the store are lab grown .. not really real..oh!..I was very surprised
