Billy is phenomenal.
I love the Kay Jewelers at Hamilton Crossings in Allentown! I live in Bethlehem but I go out of my way to go there when I need to shop for jewelry. The manager there and his staff are so helpful and actually treat you like family. They are willing to help with ideas and just seem to care.
We worked with Elise and she was PHENOMENAL. She was so informative and personable, we felt comfortable and talking to her. Definitely recommend going to Kay’s on Krocks!
Came in to the Trexlertown store a little timid to explore and start looking as my boyfriend has been giving me proposal vibes. Elise was so wonderful and made me feel 100% comfortable. Felt like coming in and being with a (very knowledgeable) girlfriend while starting to explore what is out there for such a huge decision. My husband and I were waiting for the Shelby to open so I figured I'd kill some time and go look at some shiny things. He told me not to buy anything but like any good wife, I didn't listen! Of course I saw something that caught my eye (easy to do since they had really nice pieces here) & Billy was there to answer all my questions. He was so helpful & knowledgeable.
