Went to Kay Jewelers for the first time wasn’t familiar with chains and bracelets. Thankfully Kelli was there to assist me because she knew alot about jewelry. She was friendly patient and understanding gave me many options and knowledge on everything i asked . Even though I had many questions and doubts on purchasing I Didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy anything which made me more comfortable with the experience . My fiance and I are lifetime Kay's customers. Their services have never disappointed, and the Kay's at the Freehold Mall is no exception. Amira was amazing helping get my soon to be hubby's forever ring, making sure we match! Definitely go see her and the other wonderful workers at Kay's!
Website says store opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday, they did not open until 10:50, when I asked if they open at 10 like the website says, the response was "sometimes" DO NOT RECOMMEND Zales in freehold mall!
