We went to Kay Jewelers in the Freehold Raceway mall to shop for a graduation present. The salesperson was friendly and helpful and we purchased a nice watch. Later, we came back to get engraving done on the back of the watch. Again, we were helped by a friendly salesperson. Last night I realized I had made a mistake on the engraving, and called this morning to see if I could correct it. We had a wonderful experience choosing something special for my wife for Valentine. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and professional.
Spencer was the absolute goat 💯 He was very patient and considerate. It was our first time buying rings, and he walked us through the process like a good friend we could trust. We will be forever thankful to him. He's really the best.
