Tom and Amy at the southgate plaza Union Rd location is amazing! They helped me with servicing my earrings and picking out a ring and make sure I got the correct size for me! I highly recommend seeing them!
I ordered those double ring, beautiful necklace online. Although when it arrived, it was a tangled mess in the box, unfortunately. I Went to the local jewelers in West Seneca, where Tom and Amy went out of their way to help me with my necklace and I actually found something else special in the store as well to purchase. Highly recommended this store!!
