I am extremely frustrated with Kay Jewelers for continuing to send mailers to my mother-in-law addressed to her late husband. Despite multiple requests to stop, they have not respected her wishes. Each piece of mail is a painful reminder of her loss. This is not just poor customer service; it’s downright insensitive.
