Derek & Stef were incredibly helpful. My wife and I came in to upgrade her ring & they were great. We had an issue with there being a “freckle” in her diamond and I was worried that we’d be screwed. Derek & Stef made sure to get our diamond replaced with a flawless one, and they even expedited the sizing so it’d be ready for photos. Great experience, 10/10 thank you guys so much!
i went in for a complimentary cleaning and it took less than 5 minutes and they were so welcoming and kind! highly recommend :)
IMPORTANT UPDATE 4-1-2025 My ring broke AGAIN, so Derek and Kay’s corporate took care of us. They replaced the ring with a beautiful ring pictured below, my new ring is more valuable, but they wanted to make it up to us for all of our trouble. Derek and Lily were extremely helpful and kind. Helped with everything I needed.
I spent 2 months trying to find a jeweler to replace a watch battery and no one seemed interested in helping me. Called Kay on Delaware in Ankeny, and my call was answered in two rings. They informed me that since I did not buy my watch from them they would have to look and make sure it was one they could do, but asked me to bring it in so they could try.
