Amazing customer service.
I had to have my ring fixed. When I walked in, the store manager greeted me with a smile and told me he would be with me as soon as he was done helping his current customer. Derek then, helped me with my ring, explaining everything and when it would be done. Great customer service, the best!! I picked my ring up today and the gal was very enthusiastic to help me! Again, awesome customer service! Thank you to Kay's Jewelers team!!!
