I needed help to locate information about my deceased wife’s rings. Sandra spent considerable amount of time searching Kay’s database until she located the ring, warranty etc. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to Sandra and Kay Jewelry in Ankeny, Iowa.
Went into this store to do a trade on diamonds and the lady working in there said they can not do it. Then when I asked her to look the account up because I had it done before she said there was no point and refused to look it up. They said every other store was wrong all while refusing to assist us. Ended up going to Altoona who helped us out on our new purchase. If you need help with a purchase avoid the Ankeny location and go get real friendly and helpful customer service in Altoona.
We reside in Texas, but was in Ankeny, Iowa (for a wedding) and stopped at the Kay's Jewelers to get some jewelry cleaned. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and I was quickly greeted by one of the staff members, Sandra! She was very helpful and even cleaned a couple of items that were not from Kay's!☺️ We would definitely come back here and recommend Kay's to anyone if they are wanting great and prompt customer service for their jewelry!!!
Amazing jeweler, would highly recommend to anyone looking to repair a watch. The gentleman who serviced my watch fixed my band for free and educated me on it. Thank you very much!
