Seems customer service goes downhill after the purchase. Was told resizing would be “Rushed” 1 week (did not ask for a rush was offered) was rude when we checked on status since they said it would only be 1 week. (still took 2 weeks). Once the ring got back to the shop it had a loose diamond so let’s see how long that takes (was told 1 week)

I WAS!! A customer at the Ankeny Kays until just recently the reasons l left are the new manager Stephanie and her district manager Heather l had my watches serviced by Kays repair they were slow and they didn't get things done in a timely manner l would have to wait months to get them back and sometimes not even repaired right l had also a problem with my account and neither Stephanie or her manager Heather would even try and help me Heather couldn't even remember basically any of my information Social Address Birthday she ... read more
