He quickly assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and offered honest, thoughtful feedback on which chains suited me best. The entire process was efficient—I was in and out within 15 minutes—and exceeded my expectations. I had not planned on making a purchase, but thanks to Mike’s professionalism and expertise, I am very glad I did. I look forward to remaining a loyal customer.
