Very Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication My frustrating experience started when I dropped off my ring and was not informed of the store’s authorization policy. I was never told that only the person named on the receipt could pick up the ring or that I would not be able to authorize someone else over the phone at a later date. I absolutely adore the staff, especially the manager. She’s incredibly amazing, kind, and funny. Every time I visit, they remember me without hesitation or even looking up my name. I thoroughly enjoy the overall experience. Yes, I leave satisfied with my purchase, but the lovely experience they provide makes it even better than my previous experiences with other jewelry stores. The entire team is the reason I keep coming back and recommending KAY to others whenever someone compliments my wedding ring set.
I love Kay Jewleryso in Bismarck. My girl Delorise is the best. She always tell what is on sale. She knows my name when I walk in the store. Wonderful place!
