I dropped off my husband’s and my wedding rings to be sent out for maintenance, which initially went smoothly. However, after not hearing anything for a month, I called to check on their status. Jeremy at Kay’s was phenomenal to work with! We have used Kay’s since we got married and now buying my wife’s second ring was easy and didn’t feel pressured or uneasy about buying it! We will continue to shop at Kay’s and will definitely be coming back to work with Jeremy again!
I get all of my jewelry from here and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always absolutely friendly and makes me feel safe and welcome. I love shopping here because, no matter the budget, they treat me the same whether I’m buying wedding rings or simple earrings. I will always shop here. They also offer a really good warranty, and the process is very easy.
