I dropped of mine and husband wedding rings to be sent in for mantaince, which was fine. After a month of not hearing anything about my rings being back in store i called. Took 4 calls before anyone even answered the phone. Once they answered asked if my rings were in was told yes they were. I in return asked when they had come in. It had been 20 days ago. Tried to order my wedding ring three times, each time they said it was order. Followed up with them 2 weeks after I ordered each time. Each time I was told there was no order.
Damaris was wonderful she was so helpful and knowable. Absolute pleasure to work with.

Updated review: I recently went into this location for a ring cleaning and checkup. The associate told me that I needed to speak to the manager, because they could not find any warranty on the band that holds my main diamond. This purchase by the way was 15 years ago. Since this purchase, my ring has been warrantied a couple times and always without fail. However, the new manager in this location was more apt to pointing the blame at previous managers and telling me I could purchase another warranty that would only cover tha... read more
