Great service every time I am in. They are amazing!!! However I miss all the plants 🪴 and fun stuff around. Store seems very boring now.
We absolutely love all of the ladies. Always prompt and meticulous attention we get everything we visit. The biggest downfall is corporate removing all of the plants and personal touches that sets Kays apart from everyother chain store. I might as well go to the locations in a dying mall vs a brick and mortar. If it wasn't for the staff I would.
Bring back the plants! The whole store looks so sad and plain! Staff was amazing though, as usual!

This is the only Kay's location I will come to!! The customer service is always top notch and you leave with a smile on your face.
