Place is a joke told them what’s wrong with my gold chain and they didn’t even fix it supposed to replace it if it’s beyond repair, send back with half assed clasp and it’s still stretched out. Sub par response from the manager she said “well they fixed the clasp!” Not what I wanted fixed and she said if it’s beyond repair they will replace it well the chain wasn’t fixed, mind you they haven’t fixed the spelling of my name in almost 10 years.
