Great customer service every time I stop by this store :)
I came in to buy earrings for my mother in law and was standing at the counter with the earrings for 15 minutes no one asked if I needed help 2 people were available and the other lady was helping a group of ppl that were there before me. I have spend several thousands of dollars in this store and it hurts me that I had to walk out never wanting to purchase anything in this store ever again.
I stopped in at Kay Jewelers to see if they could replace the battery in my watch. While I waited I looked around the shop. They had some beautiful things and a good variety. The gentlemen that helped me was fast, helpful, professional, and friendly. I appreciate the work they did and will definitely be shopping there again.
