I took a ring so they could take the diamonds and put them in a new ring that I bought with them, so far, everything was fine, that was on February 3 of this 2025. The date to deliver my new ring with the diamonds already inside it was for February 28, but it wasn't until March that we called the store in River City Marketplace and they told us it was ready. My husband and I went to the jewelry store and to our surprise the ring was made in the wrong size, and they agreed to send it back to where it was made to have it fixed... read more
