Shonda was super helpful and awesome
I went in for a simple sterling silver chain to replace one I had purchased there a couple of years ago that had broken. They had practically no selections, certainly not one that would work with my pendant. The sales lady tried to be helpful but without inventory was not at all. There was no offer to order something that would work for me.
I have been getting stuff from here for years. The staff is awesome! Definitely recommend
