Amber helped us pick out my wedding ring. She was very informative and kind. Took the stress away from ring shopping!

Absolutely horrible service, lying about product plans and interest, and they won’t help fix the issue that they caused. Kay lost a customer for life for this and the lack of effort to give a crap
Management in this store is horrible. Bought a ring and the previous manager lied to my face about the deferred interest, and it was also supposed to be 36 month plan and it was on a 12 month plan. The manager and district manager won’t help resolve this and give you the crap customer service route. Take no ownership and responsibility for an issue that they should fix
My fiance and I recently visited the Kay's in Weatherford and the professional staff were very welcoming. The experience will never be forgotten. Amber went above and beyond in helping my dearest pick out the perfect ring. Thank you Amber!
