My experience when a customer walks in is that you acknowledge when someone walks in. I walked in to buy earrings and I was ignored for 8 minutes. 2 employees were working with one customer at the time. They looked at me then continued to tag team the customer who was there. They need to be retrained if you want to maximize sales. I had to be one of the easiest sale of the day.

Kat was wonderful, thoughtful and educated us on our first engagement ring experience. She was kind, helped us see the options that we love, really helped us determine what rings and shapes would work best for us. Could not recommend someone more to help you with your needs.
I love shopping at Kay in the avenues mall they are great peoples coming to enjoy your jewelry!!! Zaynah was very helpful!!!
