Kay jewelers is absolutely wonderful. We worked with Wendy. She was great, attentive, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and focused on giving us the best experience. We were a little behind on getting our wedding rings and she worked diligently to make sure that it is sized and returned to us on time for the wedding. Will definitely return!

I had the best expirence here! I was looking for my wedding ring and went to so many places until Wendy gave one look at my ring and found THE perfect one. She obviously went through the rest of them just to see what else would work but I end up going with the first ring. She even helped out finding one for my fiancé and it was just as perfect! She sized both of our hands and even got us the perfect size! Will come back here for more jewelry!
I am not happy with my online purchase from Kay Jewelers or more my experience with that pirchase. I will never know if I like the ring because they cancelled my PAID order. I am going through cancer treatment and decided to buy an inexpensive shiny ring for myself. It just made me feel good after going through something so awful.
