I had an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Daniel, the store manager. He is a certified diamondologist and gemologist, and it truly shows in the way he explains and presents everything. He took his time walking me through different jewelry options, including pieces I’m considering for the future, and made sure all details and notes were documented properly.
