Very friendly and helpful
I have been a customer of this store for years and the customer service has gone away completely. I had my ring inspected on Saturday, January 17th and the employee stated the stone was secure, but one of the prongs had slightly moved. She asked if I would like to send if off and informed me it would take about 2 weeks. I chose instead to go over to Bernard's Jewelers since they repair in house. Excellent customer service at Kay Jewelers. Patty was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions when I bought my ring. I would highly recommend!
Charmaine was 10/10 i walked up and was greeted with a friendly smile within 5 minutes, very knowledgeable, very nice, and not pushy in the least. felt like i was being listened to … now i have a ring that i absolutely love and will be going back because she was wearing a pretty necklace that kay sells… i want it! lol all in all definitely go
My experience this time was not good at all. I am very upset with the employees at Kay Jewelers. They are definitely not professional and don't know the merchandise. On July 29, 2025 I took my LeVian watch to Kay's to have the battery replaced. I was there about 1hour and a half while three women worked on my watch trying to get the back off then finally got it and put a new battery in it then having trouble getting the back of the watch back on with the new battery.
