What a terrible mistake we made going here!!! OMG! My wife & I got married this year (2011). We bought our engagement & wedding rings at Kay Jewelers & we wouldn't go back there if they were giving away their jewelry for free; what an un-believable hassle we had! My wife was crying in the store when they messed up both of our wedding rings, (hers & mine).
