D.J. was very knowledgeable, professional, and quite enjoyable while my husband and I were shopping for his wedding band! He made this experience so easy and fun! I am really glad he was the one to help us find my husband's beautiful ring. I can't wait to give my husband this stunning ring in Cancun!
My future husband and I spent a couple of days looking at weddings bands. We searched all over the mall, and out of all the jewelers, DJ at Kay was by far the most helpful. He was straightforward and happy to assist us. He also remembered us from one day to the next and explained the financing process and walked us through it. We highly recommend this location and DJ.
Just… Wow!! We came for the diamond event, and had my wife’s wedding ring diamond upgraded. We also had an heirloom ring made into a new ring, using diamonds from the original. Both pieces turned out so beautiful, better than we thought was possible. Thank you so much to DJ and the team at Kay, and Mario, the jeweler that was in store for the diamond event, we couldn’t be happier!!
Georgia and Hillary were SO wonderful! They took extreme care of my ring and made me feel like a princess before our engagement shoot!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Got my ring re sized and paid the initial $60 when I dropped the ring off and then charged twice after picking it up . Called and woman said “ you should contact your bank” . Spend over $1500 in rings and this is the kind of service you get . What an absolute travesty.
