Kay jewelers has always been by a go to place for all the blings I need. This time the experience was beyond my expectations. Specially from the store manager Maria Farrell of Newpark Mall. I had bought a bracelet in December and only few days of wearing it, got damaged. I was so bummed by the quality of it and went to check with the branch I had bought this piece. Customer service is Phenomenal. Susan is very sweet and professional. Ampy was a huge help and was also very nice. And Bianca was very knowledgeable. All were genuinely concerned about my needs and paid great attention to detail. I appreciate their amazing service. Edit: A month later, Susan went above and beyond to get my Customer meeting, taking time out of her day to travel across the bay and ridiculous traffic in order to have it ready by the time I needed it.
