At first I thought this jewelry was nice. But after stuff happened in my life I went to sell a ring and found in disbelief that a 1,000 dollar ring is only worth 90 bucks. I hate this place and will never shop here again as long as I live. I never thought in a million years that a well known company would sell such cheap crap at such a outrageous markup. My experience with Kay’s Jewelry’s is always phenomenal. The staff always aims to please and happy to help. There customer service is great. I purchased a promise ring with Store Manager Lindsay Kurth and she had it sent out to be sized. I was worried that the ring wouldn’t be back before Mother’s Day and she put in for it to be back by the 8th and the ring came back on the 5th. Lindsay went above and beyond to help me with my request and I thank her.
