Had amazing customer service and didn't have to wait too long for the resizing to be done. They asked all the right questions and really helped us understand what we were wanting and what we were getting.
I really wanted to give a 1 star. I normally would always give a 5 star.. I am a repeat customer. Not only to buy but to repair.. I had a bracelet repaired on 10/8/25 and it's already not functioning correctly.. When I went in today they did not care they were going to charge me again even though it's there workmanship that failed. I'm so sad because they used to value customers. Especially customers who are in the store several times a year.
