Shanin is the best, her customer service is excellent plus. I live in auburn and I travel to the southhill mall kays just because of her and which I'm a loyal customer because of her aswell. I highly recommend, if anyone is jeweler shopping go see her and prove me wrong!
Terrible customer service! I paid cash for jewelry the person I bought it for was allergic (obviously didn't know). Went to return it and was told they could send me a check in the mail on 45 business days!!! Do not go there whatever you do. That is outrageous
