My sister and I went to Kay Jewerlers and were helped by two wonderful workers Sheree and Yolanda who helped us and and encouraged us to buy some great items. However manager walked over and I was not pleased with her customer service. She tried to encourage us to buy a broken bracelet. Her name was Wendy. Gave a 4 because of her customer service wasn't desirable.
Had a great experience with Wendy. Highly recommend this Kay’s Jewlers!!!
