The staff were attentive without being pushy. Associate Chris helped me find the right size earrings and even suggested a few of pair of earrings.
All of the associates were extremely helpful and kind!

First! Notice that they only respond to 5 stars and ignore and don’t take ownership of their less than stellar ratings. Newly engaged and wanted to learn more about rings and was greet decently at best, i was acknowledged but bare minimum service was given. There was a lady with micro-dreads that was servicing me. Waited until Valentines Day of 2025 to purchase a ring and when I did, the associate tried her best to upsell me on a high price ring, using words like, “Don’t be cheap”.
