My fiancé bought my ring here at kay’s it’s so beautiful. he bought it three months ago and it was on my finger for 2 days, we took it in to be cleaned and they informed us that there was a diamond loose. we only had insurance for the center stone and they were very unwilling to help us. it’s really frustrating because i had only worn it for 2 days and it had to be done when they resized the ring at kay’s. they did not stand by their product or help us out at all they treated us like we were dumb.
