I had a very good customer service encounter with Haley, Jonah, Grace and store manager Jasmine. I have rings from Zales and since there isn’t a close store, Kay’s in Layton, UT, is my go to. Zales had always had problems finding my warranty information and did again today. Jonah was very patient with me as well as Haley who helped me originally. They worked through the issue with Zales so I could have warranty work done. Thank you so much!!!
Eilish was cordial, efficient and very helpful when we picked up our online order and sent it back out for sizing.
What great service today from Jonah & Alena! They both greeted us with nice smiles, kindness and took care of everything .
Store opens at 10 however after 11 store is still closed. I can see employees in the store moving around. Guess I didnt need to spend money with them today.
