Dave helped us pick our wedding rings and did a fantastic job of helping us get exactly what we wanted and well within our budget. He also fixed my fiancé’s class ring on a whim! Now, our second visit today was with Grace, and she was so patient and wonderful as we debated sizing up my ring. She also shined up my engagement ring for me! They were both incredible!
Ladies at the store was extremely helpful. Got me very good prices and checked me out and had me out very quickly. I would recommend Kay’s jeweler to anyone.
I recently visited Kay Jewelers at Layton Hills Mall and had a great experience with Dave. I had several questions about a pair of earrings I received as a gift about nine years ago. He took the time to look up my account to see if I had a warranty (unfortunately, I didn't), and he also looked up my earrings to determine the correct size replacement backs. We bring our rings here every six months for cleaning and inspection as part of the warranty program, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. One thing I really appreciate is that they will also clean jewelry even if it wasn’t purchased from their store, which is such a thoughtful service.
