As a loyal customer of Kay Jewelers for over ten years, I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I bought a ring that was discontinued and simply wanted it repaired. Instead, the manager was rude and dismissive, and I was forced to pay $190 at Morgan Jewelry for the repair—an expense I should not have to bear, given my lifetime warranty and insurance.
