Erica and all of her stuff at this location are super helpful and attentive. My husband has bought all of my jewelry from Erica and we have been met with professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond each and every time. I have personally bought several other pieces of jewelry from Erica and other staff members and have been impressed with their knowledge and commitment to a great experience.
I have had my jewelry checked every 6 months. Recently my anniversary band lost a diamond and somehow they can’t find the last time I brought it to be checked. The lady was so rude to me that I will never let my husband buy me anything from them again.
