Jana was awesome, helped me look up the old receipt start the warranty claim that was resolved ahead of schedule!!! :) I had upgraded my wife’s princess cut wedding ring in 2011 at Kay with lifetime warranty & the prongs needed redone no cost even after all these years! Not many companies stand behind their products anymore, Kay may not be the lowest price they do however stand behind their Jewelry!
